It was a very short visit, but loved our room. The beds were made out of logs. The ambiance in the rooms was fantastic. Breakfast the next morning was really great. There was so much to choose from:. pancakes, french toast, bagels with cream cheese, omelettes already made, a variety of cereals. The list goes on and on. I would definitely stay there again. Great location too.

No bed bugs. No roaches. Pretty much clean. Hasn't been dusted in a while. It's really not a bad place to stay. It's affordable and in a great area. They do not have a pool but econo lodge let the kids swim in theirs. Also there is a swimming hole directly behind the hotel that is awesome. It has some deep parts about 4ft deep. Kids loved. Water was actually warm. There is a bench and stairs to get to it. The hotel does not clean your room while you are there. They knock on door for dirty towels and give you clean towels. Mske sure when they do you ask for toilet paper because they don't offer. We took put our own trash. They grab if you want when they bring towels. Everyone there minds their business. It was a safe place to stay. Beds were soft. Safety and cleanliness was good. So take the bad with the good. It was worth what I paid for it. They also charge a 75$ cleaning fee just a heads up. I guess it's if you trash the place. They have vending machines but grocery stores are not too far away. I would stay again!!

I wanted to thank them for the clean room. After seeing so many bad reviews I was scared and nervous but couldn't cancel or lose half my money. The check in was a bit complicated due to the very slow wifi but after check in. We checked out the room to ensure cleanliness and no bugs. There wasn't any bugs, dust, etc. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was very clean. We were thankful for the convenience to the parkway and to Dollywood.

We just needed a room for one night and didn't want to spend a ton. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The yellow paint on the walls made the room look dingy. The shower didn't have the greatest water pressure, but I've used worse. A bit of road noise in the morning, but not terrible. Many people have complained about having no hot water. The shower faucet is backward, the hot water was on the cold side, cold water on the hot side. After figuring that out, all was good. All in all, if you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head, it fits the bill.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The people were friendly and the room was very comfortable and smelled nice. It was convenient to everything. Upon arrival there were several big coffee looking stains on the curtains which I was able to remove with cleaning wipes. I requested a late checkout, but was politely denied - a little crummy considering we stayed 5 nights and I've never heard of a motel not doing that. The biggest problem however, is the second building where the king size beds are located. Every room has an old mismatched chair or ottoman sitting beside the outside door. It looks so horrible that I didn't even want to see a room from that area. It gives the impression that people are living there, but when you walk in, the rooms are very clean and modern looking. That outside furniture is SO HORRIBLE and I'm sure it scares people away. We stayed in a room with double beds because it bothered us so badly. Other than that, it was great and we look forward to staying again!

I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews (after I booked the room) but we we're pleased with the service and our room. We stayed in a single with a king size bed and the bed was comfortable and the the room was very clean. However, it is very outdated and could use some new carpet and paint. And the grounds need a heavy duty cleaning. The day shift desk clerk was so sweet and friendly, she even helped me clasp my bracelet. We would stay here again. And Its right beside the Dolly Parton Stampede.

Check-in went smoothly and the office staff was nice. The room was what we expected for what we paid. The room was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot worked well and there was enough coffee packets and other items included. There were plenty of TV channels available for when we were actually in the room. The WIFI worked well but you did have to log back into it each time you left the facility and came back. The beds were decent with two pillows per bed. All of the lights worked and there was plenty of room for luggage storage. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels/washcloths. We were able to park right in front of our room door (108) which was convenient. There wasn't much road noise or noise from people on the floors above us. This hotel shares a pool with the neighboring hotel (Econo Lodge). It was within walking distance and was clean. Overall it was a good stay. The thing that really bothered us was how dirty the carpet was. We ended up wearing our flip flops the whole time we were in the room because after a few minutes of walking around barefoot your feet would be dirty. There were of course cosmetic blemishes but that is to be expected as it's an old building. Some peeling paint, some caulking and some fraying of the carpet. It was hard to get out of the parking lot onto Parkway but there were plenty of back ways to get out and get where you were going. The ice machine didnt work when we tried to use it.

The room was very clean. Yes, a few stains in the carpet, but it was clean. I walked around in white socks and they came off white. They are getting ready to reno the hotel. Staff is great. I like supporting the small businesses big time this year. They all need our help. We'll be back after the renovation.
